AProduct replacement procedure
If the consumer has been sold a product of inadequate quality and if the said product has manufacturing or factory defects and the seller has not set a precondition regarding its defects, or the appearance of the delivered product does not match the picture and/or description on the website, the consumer has the right to demand, at his/her choice, to replace it with a similar product, or a product of another sample (model, product type), with an appropriate recalculation of the purchase price.
The consumer's claims are discussed and the product is replaced if the consumer has returned the defective product, the said product has not been used, its product range, consumer properties, product labels, as well as the product or cashier's check given to the consumer with the sold product are preserved.
In all cases, the consumer is obliged to inspect the product on site in the presence of the delivery person. If the buyer accepts the product and later has a problem with the purchased product, Dream Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for it.
In all other cases, in accordance with the RA Government Resolution No. 77 of January 30, 2002, "On Approval of the Nomenclature of Non-Food Products of Proper Quality Not Subject to Replacement with Similar Products", sold perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to replacement.
Product return
Products purchased from Wella stores and the Wella.am website are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original retail condition, and in its original packaging. The main prerequisite for a return is the receipt. If the product was purchased from a store, it must be returned to the store where it was purchased.
Refund
If the returned product meets the above conditions, a refund will be made. The money will be refunded using the same method of purchase. If the purchase was made by card, the money will be refunded to the card within a few days, depending on the bank servicing the card.
Order cancellation
An order can be canceled before delivery. If the order is already on its way, it cannot be canceled.
