How to Order
Both registered and non-registered visitors can place an order. Simply click the «Add to Cart» button on the details page of your preferred assortment, having previously selected the appropriate quantity of the assortment, color, capacity, etc. You can add an unlimited number of products and services to your cart. The reminder number next to the image of your cart will show you the number of products and services placed in your cart. After completing the selection, go to your cart page by clicking on the image of the cart, specify the quantity of your purchases, options such as size, color, etc. You must also specify the delivery method and fill in the delivery details on the cart page, select one of the many payment methods and click the «Place Order» button. Our employee will contact you to confirm and deliver the order.
Payment method
Payments can be made in three ways at Wella.am: online, in person or through the IDRAM system. Online payments are made through Visa, MasterCard and ArCa payment systems. Cardholders with ARCA, Virtual ARCA, Visa and Master Card are served. Cash payments are made at the time of delivery in Armenian drams.
Cash payments in dollars or other foreign currencies are not accepted, as they contradict the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.
Limitation and termination of services
You acknowledge and agree that wella.am may from time to time establish restrictions on the use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that wella.am reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) from time to time without prior notice and that wella.am shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that wella.am, in its sole discretion, has the right (but shall not be obligated) to delete or terminate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to the Services (or any part thereof) immediately and without notice if wella.am believes that you have acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit and letter of the Terms. Further, you agree that wella.am shall not be liable to you or any third party for blocking your access to the Services. You further agree not to attempt to use the Services after such termination.

Order processing and shipping rules
Customers may purchase Services by searching or browsing the Services posted on the Website and adding the preferred Services to the Customer's Cart. Once the stage of selecting the preferred Services is complete, the Customer may proceed to the Order Form, which results in the creation of a purchase order (hereinafter referred to as the Order).
The full price of the Purchase Order consists of the price of all products placed in the Cart and shipping costs. At the moment when the Customer accepts the Shipping Terms and pays the full amount (or undertakes to pay cash on delivery), a new Purchase Order is created in the system.
Each new purchase order entered and processed in the system automatically generates a notification field where you can see complete information related to your Order, after which you are considered duly notified.
In addition to the newly received Order notification, the details of the ordered product are indicated, in particular, the description of the products, the list of products, quantity, total price, shipping amounts, the specified payment option, shipping address, delivery dates, delivery or pickup location, delivery dates, etc.
After receiving the Order Confirmation, the Product included in the Order is considered sold and You cannot reject or cancel the Order. If after placing the Order you think of other products that need to be ordered, You must place a new purchase order.
WHEN THE PRODUCTS MENTIONED IN THE SALES ORDER ARE READY FOR DELIVERY, THEY WILL BE DELIVERED BY YOU TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED IN THE ORDER. IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE ORDER AT TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES, PLEASE PLACE TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS. Upon accepting the delivery of the Order and without opening the Order box, the Recipient must sign the Order Delivery-Acceptance Act (Delivery-Acceptance Act), which is provided by the carrier, confirming the acceptance of the Order.
Payment rules and methods

Online payment: Online payments on our website are made through Arca (Master, Visa, Arca) payment systems. If you are already registered in these systems, then after selecting the appropriate option and confirming the order, you will be taken to the website of the given payment system, where you need to enter your username and password in that system and make the payment. If you are not a user of these systems yet, you can register here.
Cash: This means that you pay for the product you ordered and its delivery in cash upon receipt of the order. The courier provides your cash register receipt or tax invoice attached to the Sales Order package. An invoice can also be provided if necessary. After selecting this option on the relevant page of the website, you also indicate whether it is necessary to bring change. If the customer offers to pay for the delivered product later or refuses to make payment, our courier has the right to return the delivered product.
Bank transfer: The Buyer agrees to pay an advance payment of 100% of the amount specified in the Order.
After selecting this option, you will see our account number to which you need to transfer the requested amount. Payments in dollars or other foreign currencies are not accepted. The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.
Legal regulation
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Services, and the operation of our Site may be hindered by a number of circumstances beyond our control. Our failure to respond to any breach by you or others does not waive our right to take action in the event of such breach in the future. In the event of a dispute between you and wella, our goal will be to provide you with a neutral and inexpensive means of resolving the dispute promptly. Accordingly, you and wella agree that in the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our Services, the parties will make every effort to resolve the relationship through pre-trial negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement during negotiations, the dispute arising from these Terms of Use shall be subject to resolution in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Other provisions
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other policies posted on the Site set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and wella and govern your use of the Services and the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, proposals, arrangements, negotiations, and all discussions between the parties, whether oral or written.

All issues not regulated by the Terms of Use of the Website are regulated in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
These Terms of Use are drawn up in Armenian, Russian and English languages, which have equal legal force. In the event of any conflict between the Armenian, Russian and English versions, the Armenian version shall prevail.
